We will depart from the best western at I-25 and HWY 34 at 6:45am. Bandimere wants us there just before the gates open so they can get us parked before all the cars roll in. We will arrive at approx 7:45am. We will need to get inside and get the bikes unloaded right away. The pit area will be completely full that day, so they are only allowing us to park our bikes, one truck, and the team trailer in the pits. We will have to park davis's truck/trailer and ben's truck in general parking after we unload bikes. It is important that we do this quickly so we can get those trucks as close as possible. General parking will be filling up very early.
DAVIS & BEN - Please remember to get your parking pass from Joe that morning so you aren't stuck paying for parking.
Once we have the bikes unloaded and the trucks reparked we'll group up and go sign the Bandimere waiver. This needs to be done as a group so we're not wasting our customer's time. Please do not wonder off before we sign the waiver. Once everyone has signed, the riders will be free to go wonder the event, eat, leave, etc. Everyone will meet back at our trailer at 4:00pm for a pre-show. We are scheduled to ride sometime between 5:45 and 7:45 depending on how fast they get through time trials AND if the weather holds up. Forecast is saying 75 degrees with 40% chance of rain.... its going to rain guys, we just dont know how much or how long. PLEASE BE AWARE - Even if the event gets pushed back 3 hours we WILL wait it out and ride. We may end up performing at 9:00pm if the rain delays the event. PLEASE do not schedule big plans for that night.
PLEASE WEAR YOUR MONSTER GEAR! They will be onsite and looking for us.
We need to knock this one out of the park both with
the riding AND WITH BEHAVIOR AND POLICY.
